A challenging 1 hour practice
Hot 26 + performed in a heated room, consisting of the same 26+ asanas performed in an intelligent sequence, focusing on back strength, mobility and flexibility.
For all levels beginner to advanced with variations in levels of difficulty determined by yourself.
A grounding & accessible 1 hour practice
Hatha Yoga focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance through a series of postures held with mindful awareness.
Suitable for all levels, this class encourages a calm and centred approach—leaving you feeling refreshed, aligned, and more connected to your body and breath.
For all levels beginner to advanced with variations in levels of difficulty determined by yourself.
A restorative 1 hour practice
Yin Yoga is a slow, deeply meditative style of yoga that focuses on long-held, passive floor poses designed to stretch and target the deep connective tissues — like fascia, ligaments, and joints — rather than just the muscles.
For all levels beginner to advanced with variations in levels of difficulty determined by yourself.
